Note: The tour is over, the guys had a BLAST playing for all of you. However, we haven't had a post since March but meanwhile I've had tons of spammers try to pollute over here. So I've disabled posting to the forums. If they tour again, you can be sure we'll open the forums back up. In the mean time, for some great bass discussion you can head over to http://www.talkbass.com. - Thanks!

I went to the San Francisco show last Wedenesday. It was amazing of course! Getting to see AND meet three of my musical heroes was a dream come true, and it almost didn't happen!

Over the years I have increasingly not kept up with live shows in the area, so when I found out by pure coincidence last Monday night that BX3 would be coming to San Francisco on Wednesday, I was very, very happy. I got my ticket on Tuesday and on to the show on Wednesday. I stood basically in front of the stage and all I could do was watch in awe. After the show, the guys were gracious enough to come out to talk to the fans and sign autographs. I got Aneurythms, Cosmic Troubadour and Stu Live X2, and got all of them autographed! I have been pretty busy at work, so I didn't really have time to go to the garage and dig out my old Talas, Stu and Jeff LP's, and CD's to get them autographed. Blame iPod for the lack of ease of retrieval!

I have a sucky blog and have a somewhat lengthy entry there if you care to read it:

I have a few pictures there that I posted. I will post another picture in the other forum.
